About the Book

The work is an attempt to put together a few recollections and ideas into enjoyable and short vignettes. Most of the material has been drawn form simple midwestern experiences both here and abroad and put into the context of a pervading introspection by words and actions of the characters.
Not much new, not much remarkable, but something more traditional in the way of a shareable experience. Perhaps something to make one smile or remember something of there own similar experiences. The text is light but still challanging and the interactions can be made into what you wish. Hopefully something to think about.
In short, something fun to read.

About the Author

Sample Excerpts

Tracks in the Snow

What condition the fields were left in at the end of last Fall's harvest would be lost to Einer's memory until Spring forced back any recollection. Soft and even snow began falling in Hampton by the end of November. There hadn't been much wind; not much drifting along the fence rows.

Gatsby's Flight Home

It was a personal decision made on the spur of the moment. Or rather, a decision not made soon enough to influence any change in the outcome - the very worst kind of decision one ever has to make. And now, Baxter felt that he hadn't done well at all; either in making his choice or in preparing for its consequences.
