About the BookThis is a children's story that takes place down under in a country known as Australia. In this story, Kangaroo Sally learns a lot about herself when a raging bush fire sweeps across the Australian outback and devastates the countryside as far as she can see. After being a bit too selfish with her own needs over everyone else's, Kangaroo Sally has the opportunity to put things right again by using those big feet and that giant tail of hers. They're put to good use as she speeds off in the direction of her friends who are going to be in danger very soon. She must get to them quickly in order to warn them about the raging bush fire that's right behind her! |
