About the Book

Wingless Angels is an intensely autobiographical collection of poems spanning 25 years and two continents. Covering a full spectrum of emotions - from subtly erotic to profoundly ethereal, the author chronicles a philosophy of the duality of life, of innocence lost and gained, and the nature of our sexuality. The end piece, "Chrysalis," could well be the anthem of our generation.

Least known fact" Once got run over by a rampaging bullock cart and didn't break a bone.

Excerpts

Sex is different from sexuality! Sex sells cars, perfumes and ultimately our spiritual selves. Sexuality is the ultimate reflection of the joy of our unique inner life. It shouts to world "Here I am, complete with all my flaws and fears. And yet I am overflowing with laughter and hope for the future." It is the poetry and art and music of the human spirit. without it there would be no divine verse of Tagore's Gitanjali, no beauty of Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel, no majesty of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony. it is our sensuality that enables us to hear, feel and tough the splendor of our common humanity. to deny it is to forever wander in the desert of our existence. To accept it is to find the true Oasis that life really could be.
