About the Author Ruben Troncoso has over 35 years of experience counseling children, teenagers and adults. He works with the Oakland Police Department counseling young people on a wide range of problems. He is also invloved with the US Federal Penal System counseling inmates on the many issues they face while institutionalized in large and crowded penitentiaries, as well as problems they must deal with in their families. He has received extensive training in methods of controling anger and rage, as well as how to identify dangerous inmates. Mr. Troncoso has a degree in Sociology.
