Cupid's Secret is the story of Cupid, Arrow's mother who had had a hard life and things did not come easily for her. She had met many people who were not very nice while she was growing up. Then one day a kind farmer bought her at an auction and changed her life forever. In a transformation of this horse's self-worth, she gives birth to a colt that carries another unique mark that paves the way for his future. Cupid's Secret is a delightful story of love, trust and prayer. About the Author Paul "Buck" Kalinowski, Jr. was born in a small New England town in the state of Connecticut in the Spring of 1958. At a very young age, he discovered that he had a great affection and respect for horses. While growing up, he worked at a neighborhood farm, learning all he could about handling and understanding these beautiful animals. Paul still resides in Wolcott, the small town he grew up in. Through hard work and diligence, he is now the proud owner of a 90-acre farm that stables nearly 100 horses, as well as cows, llamas, goats, chickens and even a peacock. Feeling blessed by what he has, he feels a need to give back to the community. Even with his very busy schedule, he finds time to work with mentally and physically challenged individuals through therapeutic riding lessons. At any given time, you will also find him working extensively with inner city children who do not have the privilege of country living. Through spending time with these children, he hopes that they too will find the affection and respect he has for horses, but also for each other by learning responsibility and teamwork.
