Reader's Comment

Dear Claudia,

I am writing to tell you how happy I am that A Grandmother's Secret Diet: Bring on the Grandkids is available for all to have and hold! In wonderful verse, accompanied by such animated illustrations, you've captured what we hear so often from grandparents and parents - grandchildren keep adults young, just doing what they do and being who they are! The fact that you've scientifically (sort of...) proven that being a grandparent deserves a place on the USDA food pyramid is a nice plus!

Thanks for writing this book - it's already become my gift-of-choice for many a grandmom!

Peter J. Pizzolongo
Co-author, Caring for Preschool Children; Living and Teaching Nutrition; and other books for educators and parents.

She continued to perfect her gift and illustrative ability throughout her school years in various art classes and studied under a famous cartoonist. She has received various awards and acknowledgements for her work in museums and local art shows.
A professional in the advertising and marketing industry, she utilized her talent creating and illustrating advertising ads for a large retail chain, achieving executive level success along the way.
