About the Book
An Astrological Comparison Of Planets In Medical Diagnosis, is the first volume in a series connecting the natal chart of the individual with the potential for illness. Using the indicators in the book, the professional astrologer and those interested in health may be able to improve their health and the health of their clients, by referring them to healthcare professionals in a timely manner.
This book could be used to help healthcare professionals in treating their clients in a timely manner, and allow the client the ability to understand how stress factors in their charts are contributing to their health. Changing those factors, or the response to those factors allows the client control of their own destiny. In some cases hereditary factors are prominent, and looking in the past at family members and manifestations of stress factors can shed some light on how this will manifest for the client.
This book is one of the few astrological works dedicated to astrological health. All of the examples cited in this work are real cases with real outcomes. This book would be a great addition to any library, any personal collection, and a teaching tool for the astrological student or healthcare professional.
This book would do well over the Internet; many of the clients asking about the book and when it will come out are Internet users. It would also do well as an addition to any library, or new age book store.
This book on the arterial system, is the first volume in a series pertaining to health care and the natal chart. The second volume will comprise the gastric system and traumas, and the third volume will comprise leukemias of various forms. These works will add to the great knowledge of astrology and its connection to mankind allowing the expansion of ones knowledge base to a higher level.

Introduction
Have you ever wondered why some people become ill and others do not? Why is it that one person in a family will develop a critical illness and the rest of the family won't be affected? When you hear about someone being ill, do you wonder, "could this have been prevented if they knew astrologically earlier? Could they have changed something in their lifestyle so that this would not have occurred?"
With a desire to merge the field of medicine and astrology, something drove me to find a connection to try to help others in the least invasive method possible. After reading a book by Noel Tyl on Astrology and critical illness, the decision was made to investigate if there was some correlation between a person's birth chart and their predisposition to disease. If this was so, could previous knowledge of a person's sensitivities and stress factors in the Natal Chart, decrease their chances of succumbing to that illness or even stop it from arising altogether? For example in a person with a predisposition to heart disease from their Natal Chart, would a change in diet and exercise decrease the chances of a heart incident occurring in their lives?
There is not to date, much research being done in the area of Astrology and disease states, and this is a clear area that needs investigation. I currently work in the medical field. Multiple people with differing birth data were compared, looking for a common link to their disease states. This was found to be interesting, rewarding and in some cases revealed some information that was not expected.
On proceeding with the astrological research, it was found that there were many varying combinations of rulership in regards to health and areas of the body. This book was written to try to rationalize how the planets and the signs they rule work in comparison to the medical facts as we know them.
Much of the astrological representation as we know it now has been handed down from those scholars who, through many years and centuries of observation, were able to set up a map or pattern between the human body and the planets and signs they were in. The actual structure of that representation was not known, and would not be known until years later when humanity delved deeper into the medical research field.
Now man can observe the basic molecular structure and elements of the body, which allows the astrologer to add another dimension to what has already been observed astrologically for generations.
The general guidelines for this research were based on a book by Noel Tyl called "Astrological Timing of Critical Illness". In his book, Tyl described the usual tension aspects to be aware of; the conjunction 0 degrees; the square 90 degrees; the opposition 180 degrees; and another aspect called the quindecile 165 degrees. The quindecile angle was found to be present in all of the charts in the research to date. It has a great emphasis in the medical side of a Natal Chart, in that it acts as a pointer to the type of disease state happening in an individual.
Each chart in this volume was researched using Solar Arc techniques and Progressed techniques. The Solar Arc Technique uses the premise that the movement of the Sun in one day is equivalent to one year of life. The Natal position of a person's Sun is subtracted from the Secondary Progressed position of that Sun depending on the age of the client. The degree of this arc is then added to every planet, the Ascendant and Midheaven in the Natal horoscope. This then was compared to the Natal horoscope to see if any outer planets were making a Solar Arc connection to the Natal planets under stress. Looking at the transiting planets on specific dates, the charts were checked to see if there was a correlation between the timing of the transiting planets and the Natal/ Solar Arc planets in triggering a medical episode.
Most of the charts prepared are Solar Charts, placing the Sun on the Ascendant axis, since it was impossible to acquire the correct birth times from the data collected. Using these Solar Charts and knowing the disease states of the individuals, and the times these persons were first seen or diagnosed for their illness, a set of references was built between the Natal planets and certain disease states, as was suggested in Tyl's book. Given the correct time of birth for these charts, it is certain that a clearer picture would have become available concerning timing of these incidents and possible outcomes in treatment.
