About the Author
Ardell Sheridan-Castellano graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology (Journalism/ Merchandising). To further develop her communications skills and to overcome a cranky shyness born of a then glaring physical flaw, she enrolled in an acting class which changed the course and direction of her life.
Trained as both an actress and director, the author also pursued her passion for writing. Initially she helped to solve the unexpected script problems which often confronted the professional projects that both she and her late husband, Richard S. Castellano worked on.
She went on to obtain her Ph D. from Columbia Pacific University where she worked to set down in writing the specific training program which developed out of Stanislavsky' s original efforts, the teachings of Brett Warren and the later refinement that came from her own working and teaching experience including her collaborative discussions with Richard S. Castellano.
The purpose of this book is to not only pass on the knowledge contained within its pages, but to pass on the torch of what it is to become a True Believer; dedicated in helping to create those entertainment projects which can touch and enliven both the senses and sensibilities of an audience.
