About the Book
McClairne has done it again! The same author that brought America "Wake Up America (Attack on America)" has surprised us all again with his genius. Tupac and Elvis (Inevitably Restless) is a new hot book for the new millennium. This book of commemoration surpasses all the biographies that are on shelves and the biographies that have been on shelves in the past. It has gotten great recognition, reviews, and great acclaims. No other book compares and no other book captures the essences of two phenomenon artists the way this book does. This is not your regular or ordinary biography. No, this book is quite diverse from others and is full of controversy.
In the book, McClairne links the deaths of Tupac Amaru Shakur and Elvis Aaron Presley in a way that's astounding and a way that many wouldn't have ever thought of. He also links their unlinked lives. McClairne depicts and paints a picture of Tupac that's quite contrary to what the much older "White America" saw him as and depicts Elvis as the true "King" that he is and was, which is very opposite to what many of "Black America" thinks and feels.
The "Seven Day Theory" and other theories that plagues Tupac's death are discussed and the author explains why Tupac's death wasn't a fraudulent death. Artists, such as Michael Jackson, Jackie Wilson, Madonna, the Jackson 5, Jada Pinkett, Britney Spears, Usher Raymond, N'Sync, James Brown, and Ja Rule, are also mentioned in regards to Tupac and Elvis, so sit back and enjoy.

All Eyes On Me
The vivacious fans at the stadium go into an uproar as they chant his name "Tupac, Tupac, Tupac, Tupac." Then mysteriously Tupac appeared on the darkened stage under a white spotlight with his head bowed, arms stretched at both ends, as if he was symbolizing a crucifixion, and his microphone in his right hand. The audience goes wild and began to go crazier, as he spoke those soul-piercing words that were sharper than the teeth of a great white tiger. "Let us pray my nigga. Come with me, Hail Mary," is what the crowd of two hundred thousand were singing as Tupac gave the middle finger to the cameraman standing directly in front of him.
Tupac Shakur, better known as 2Pac, lived a life in solitude, pain, anger, and a life in survival mode with his "fu*k the world" attitude and demeanor. He led an adventurous life, as well as an exciting life to his fans, because of the escapes that he experienced throughout his existence. To some people, especially God-fearing people, Tupac lived a life of immorality and hypocrisy. His lyrics were profoundly intimidating, shocking, and vile, but nonetheless authentic, and Shakur's poetic lyrics touched the hearts and souls of a magnitude of young teens and adults, which made his lyrics "poetic justice."
His name, Tupac, was diverse and not usual even though many rap artists in the music industry gave themselves crazy, bizarre, off the wall, and fantastic industry names, but Tupac's industry name was the name that was printed on his driver license and all other vital paperwork pertaining to him. His real birth name was Lesane Crooks. His mother later changed it to Tupac Amaru Shakur which derived from the name of an Inca Chief who was torn apart by Spaniards. It translated as "shinning serpent thankful to God." He was Muslim related, as well as his parents, so his name was a name of prominence in the music industry. Tupac's love for his art, not the art of rapping, was as strong as a mother's love for her child and it was evident through his writings.
As fame, success, and wealth grew, so did the jealousy and envy of his adversaries, in which he made it a point to single them out, slander them, and abolish their characters on his singles and albums, and on the singles and albums of collaborators of his in the music industry. If Tupac felt that certain rappers were fake, or wasn't living the life that he so diligently rapped about, then Tupac would attack them lyrically and try to subvert what they stood for, henceforth, making them foes for eternity.
Tupac was an outspoken young man and said whatever he felt was on his heart, even if he felt that he would later regret whatever he would accentuate or convey to the people. His hatred for the unwanted press was fueled by their non-consenting photographs of him and their camera recordings of him. His trademark middle finger and head bandannas inspired a vast of young rebels in the streets and in the music industry to express their style, gangster appeal, emotions, and feelings about particular things and matters that existed or surrounded their lives.
His eyes were sinister, yet innocent and his eyes appeared as if they were nostalgic for something greatly missed, yet very angry at the world. His tattoos symbolized greatness to him and told unbelievable anecdotes, as well as his lyrics. Tupac quickly became the hottest and most controversial entertainer in the rap and music industry in its entirety. He had as many name changes than a typical power player and person in Hollywood that has had plastic surgery. He has graced the covers of prestigious magazines and has made lasting television appearances. His acting capacities were astounding and possibly award winning.
Shakur was every parent and well-respected white collard man and woman's nightmare, but in the music industry, Tupac was every music producer and every CEO's dream and ticket towards inconceivable success and wealth. Being that his mother, Afeni, had a well known history with the feared political group the "Black Panthers," which eventually landed his mother in jail, because of conspiracies of terrorism, Tupac wanted to resurrect the dead Panthers after their break-up, partly because of compelled government pressure, but the success as an entertainer procrastinated that objective and then hindered it completely along with the hypocrisy and contradiction that was displayed by the Black Panthers as they turned a deaf ear to the cries of Afeni when she needed help desperately.

Even after Elvis' death, some fans think that Elvis is alive, particularly odd fans, because there haven*t been any conspiracies surrounding his death, but there are actually some fanatics that claimed to have seen Elvis Aaron Presley and not one of the hundreds of impersonators that like to dress up and be Elvis.
Elvis has been dead well over two decades and fans are still in denial. It's like they both haven't went anywhere since their tragic deaths. The death of Tupac and Elvis has made non-erasable and highlighted marks on the history of popular culture. We've lost many internationally known, fabulous, and great entertainers, such as John Lennon, Jimmy Hendrix, Jackie Wilson, Alyiah, Lisa Lopez, Eazy E, Biggy Smalls, and the list goes on, but no other entertainer's death has ever stirred up so much controversy in history like the deaths of Tupac Shakur and Elvis Presley. For Elvis fans, especially the fans that live in Memphis and Mississippi, their King still sits on his throne. As fans whisper, "I saw Elvis in Italy, and I saw Tupac in Club Compaq." "Elvis is alive and Tupac is alive." "Isn't that Tupac in a disguise over there or did you just see Elvis!" "Tupac is in Jamaica, no he's hiding in Africa, and I passed Elvis on highway 90."
In a recent survey, over eighty percent of Tupac fans believe that he is still alive and sixty-nine percent of Elvis fans think that he is still alive. These are coincidences, mysteries, conspiracies, controversy, theories, lies, deception, denial, irrationality, stupidity, ignorance, and reluctance for acceptance. Many people, as well as fans, will never accept the deaths of these two amazing people. It seems almost impossible for the non-believers to come to realization, no matter how many facts are given that substantiates the truth in Tupac and Elvis' deaths. As the flames of everlasting rumors are continually fueled and as controversy is arisen like the dead, Tupac Amuru Shakur and Elvis Aaron Presley will never rest in peace, as they remain inevitably restless.
