The Bishopric provides assistance and training for the proliferated Episcopacy within the African-American Pentecostal Community
There are six orders of the Prelature in the Church of Jesus Christ. Five of the orders ore Episcopal and one is Potentiary. For our purposes here, we will name the Orders of Prelature and then offer brief explanations according to their purviews.
So that we might effectively exemplify the beauty and dignity of holiness, showing ourselves as an example to all believers in all things, a Ministerial Dress Code is herein prepared. This Code will prescribe and suggest Civil, Ceremonial (Choir Dress), Liturgical, and Academic attire for the Bishops, Clergy and Diakonate of the Churches.
The question is often asked, "What happens when a bishop or prelate dies?" There have been those times when this question arises in families and this brief section is designed to offer some helpful hints in the event of the passing of the bishop, overseer or even the pastor of an assembly.
