About the Author Dr. Anneli Driessen Ph.D., CMS, MCC is a Master Certified Coach (MCC). Since 1978, she has had a successful private counseling and coaching practice in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, and is currently President of AnneliCoach.com Inc., Executive Coaching and Consulting Services. Her experiences ranges from personal, family and marriage counseling to coaching and consulting services for CEOs, executives and other organizational and corporate leaders in the public and private sector for the past 20 years. Dr. Driessen holds a Masters degree (M.Ed.) in adult education and a Masters degree in Social Work. She also has a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. In early 1999, she earned the prestigious International Marketing and Sales Certification (CMS) analogous to the highly regarded ISO 9000 program. She has also received her designation as Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). * All distress, pain and/or illness are governed by the Law of Cause and Effect.

* The value of anaylsis and the search for 'WHY?' are often overrated. It is better to identify what is most important and to establish and follow a plan of action.

* We need to control our minds (intellect) and not allow our minds to control us.
