About the Author

The author, George Crawford, was born in Miami Florida. He joined the U.S. Army directly after High School in 1986. He served in the military for 13 years. After the military, George decided to start his prosperous career in Real Estate Investing. He started studying many different Real Estate Investing Techniques. After spending hundreds of dollars on many different courses, there was still many questions left unanswered.

George was tired of searching over and over for one book that contained many different Investment Techniques. If George was looking for such a book, he figured that many others would also be looking for the same. Since he had become proficient in different techniques he decided to combine the different techniques into one easy to read book. That is when he wrote Unlimited E$tate .

Hello fellow Real Estate Investor,

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is George Crawford Jr. No, I'm not a Realtor. I am a Real Estate Investor. The good thing about being a Real Estate Investor is the fact that you can make more money than a Realtor by working less than a Realtor, and you do not need a Realtor's license. I will show you Creative Real Estate Investment Techniques that most Convictional Realtors have never heard of.

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS on your decision to take the first step towards a rewarding career in Real Estate Investing. Like many others, you have seen the late night TV infomercials that promise riches that could be yours if you buy their course. And, like many others, I have bought some of them.

I will admit that I have learned a lot from some of those courses, but I was never able to make the big profits that these courses promised.

I would buy another course to fill the void left by the previous course. I finally realized that those courses are too general for the beginning investor. They would tell you what needed to be done in general, but they would not go into step-by-step details for the beginning investor.

Through a lot of studying, and investing plenty of time and money, I finally developed a technique that is light years ahead of those outdated courses that are still being sold today. By the way, those courses that are presented by the so-called "Gurus" are from the late 80's and early 90's.

Unfortunately, I found this out only after I purchased them. Times have changed, and "Creative Real Estate Investing" has also. Some of those techniques just don't work today. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of good courses out there, but they are not as complete as the info that I will be giving you.

Get ready for what I feel is the most practical way to invest in real estate today. Your costs will be very minimal, except for some newspaper ads to advertise to your sellers and buyers. Also, I recommend business cards and flyers as a good inexpensive way to advertise.

Make sure to keep track of all the costs to you so that you will be able to claim these as business expenses for tax purposes. This is important if you are set up as a business. Please consult with a tax professional or attorney concerning these matters.

Throughout this course, I will take you by the hand, and explain to you exactly what steps you will need to take in order to get your deals completed, and to get your check to the bank...well, I think you can handle that part yourself.

I have tried to keep the course as simple and understandable as possible. But, remember, it will still take a willingness to learn, and only you can make yourself get out there and "Just do it".
