About the Book

A collection of poetry written with inspiration from the stories and experiences of United States military veterans. One woman's honor to her country's military and the job that, all who have served from this country's past, present and future, to protect and defend the freedon that our ancestors, without question, faught for.

About the Author

Nancy A. LaCosse os a poet, with her work published in anthologies by Watermark Press and the Famous Poets Society International. She has received awards and honors for her poetic acheivements. A prospective member of the National society Daughters of the American Revolution and National Society United States Daughters 1812, a member of Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Auxiliary and the International Society of Poets, LaCosse lives in a suburb of Chicago, where she is currently working on a book featuring military veterans.
