About the Book
B.B. and the Christmas Cake is a fictional children's book (but equally enjoyable for all ages) about a cat with her very own personality and ability to solve boredom and manage anger in a most creative way. Throughout the book the author shows insight into the mannerisms and psyche of cats and the bond between pets and humans and the antics that make such relationships special. A combination of word pattern, plots and illustrations that delight and teach is also evident.

About the Author
Lynne Sawford -Gentner is a Canadian retired school principal. During her 35-year career, her preference was to be a teaching Principal rather than just an administrator. This solid understanding of children allowed her to lead by example to teachers. her passion was teaching the interplay of arts and all aspects of language. This combination effectively brought creativity to the fore in children of all levels of ability.
She has studies in England,United States and Canada.Since retiring her creativity has expanded to include weaving, writing children's books and monoprinting.
She and her husband Norman share their home at Black Bay Ontario with two enchanting personalities, the cat B.B.( which stands for Black Bay, who is the subject of this book, and a Bouvier des Flandres dog named Laphroaig ( after a favourite single malt whiskey)
Lynne presently has two other books almost ready for publication. Like this book, these are also based on her first-hand experience.
