About the Book

Behind the doors of the old school building, the superintendent played ot a dual role, one a gentlemen, the other a menacing demon. As he toys with one pathetically naive young woman, things begin to get out of hand and they are plunged into a life of deceit and forbidden pleasures leading tragically toward an inevitable crisis.

About the Author

Clara lives with her husband in the beautiful, mountainous region of Oklahoma.

At present, Clara has a children's book which is ready to be printed, and several fiction manuscripts started. Her plans are to spend retirement writing, and oil painting.
