About the Author

Joy de Montaigne is President and CEO of ID Communications, a production and marketing company. She is a producer and director of video and audio tape programs and is a sales trainer/consultant.

Joy's studies into Parapsychology, Human Behavior, Motivation, Verbal and Nonverbal Communication launched her career 35 years ago in the real estate industry. Joy conducts seminars and workshops on Closing Encounters of the Real Estate Kind i.e. Silent Command - Body Language, Role Playing and Game Playing. Her seminars have been approved for license renewal credits.

Joy also has a private consulting practice where she works with entertainers, teachers, managers, politicians and sales professionals in nonverbal communication techniques.
