This remarable book explains why most individuals who develop symptoms of one disorder or another are most likely to be suffering from a nutritional deficiency, and now proven to be inextricably linked to the dysfunction of the immune system.

Prevention and healing is based on a compilation of scientific evidence and is a valuable addition to every home. It is a must for every parent and seeks to assist others to appreciate the need to build a healthy immune system and how to achieve this.

About the Author

Edgar K. Fleming (Eddie) was born in Kilmarnock 1928. He left his family home at the age of fifteen and joined the RAF at Cranwell. He returned at age eighteen at the end of the war, completed his education and was subsequently employed as a civil engineer.

Married with two children in school, he resigned as a regional contracts director for a national company, mortgaged his home and formed his own civil engineering business based in Wellington, Shropshire.

Eddie sold this successful company to embark on another career as an entrepreneur. After taking a two year sabbatical to attend a number of courses in marketing and sales, he travelled to other countries to secure marketing rights for imports.

In Saint Malo he researched a patented process of producing a pure filtrate of live enzymes derived from seaweeds, which were used for medical applications in the treatment of wounds and skin care.

He later established "Body Natural", a chain of retail shops majoring in seaweed skin care and other natural products.

Fifteen years later, at the age of 72, and in personal need of an effective alternative to pharmaceuticals, he learned of glyconutrition. Many months of diligent research of medical science publications, followed by personal experiences of the benefits derived from a supplement of glyconutrients, persuaded him, with the support of other colleagues, to establish the Natural Health Campain.

Eddie's commitment is raising public awareness to natural health benefits through education.
