To become mindful of breathing is the way to appraise to your own mind, for safety against disorders and for rational development including heightened productivity and creativity. Breathing thoughtfully introduces a brand new technique of thinking, namely electrical or contemplative thinking. The evidence of division in the average home and the world are due mostly to third-rate breathing and thinking.
