About the Book
This book is a collection of my thoughts and experiences. It is primarily based on a so-called 'Life-After-Death Report' or 'Awakening Report'.
I was always told that Religion and Politics were difficult subjects in mixed company. Here we are, you and me, a mixed company. I want to say right up front that my concepts and ideas are not everyman's. We will differ and that is good too. I do not desire to change your ideas and concepts, my desire is to tell of my thoughts. A peaceful life together can exist when we understand how the other person thinks. Primarily I attempt to form my thoughts and words in a manner which will be easily understood by those who originate, as I do, from a society based upon so-called Western Culture and Christian ideas. My ideas are not restricted to this framework so I must modify them and present them in a manner more easily understood by the reader. Please note: my use of words such as inner-nature, God, One-Truth, Gate-Keeper, etc. are in themselves meaningless and can be substituted as you will with the appropriate terms to fit your situation. In fact, all of my words are meaningless; a theme which will be explained in detail during the reading.
Seek your own way. Good Luck. Bon Voyage.
Best wishes... Melvin

Sample Excerpts
60,000 words That is the number of words I am told should be written before one considers publishing a book. I don't believe this will ever reach that size. I ask myself if that has a sense. Economically perhaps. However for a person who believes that words cannot convey his message it is questionable whether 60 thousand or 6 words are more effective.
My message is simple; there is life after death. Upon death we return to the source from whence we came. The nature of the source can best described with the words eternal energy of Love. To this I am supposed to write 60,000 words of explanation of that which cannot be explained. What I often attempt to do is to tell how one can experience for him-/herself this eternal energy of Love. I often refer to this experience as remembering. For we came from the source and shall return to it. A simple explanation as to how to bake a loaf of bread is it not. To tell the reader that truth and happiness can be reached through specific steps is false. I can relate my personal experiences, but they are only my personal experiences and no generalization. I started writing because two people in my life suggested it, my wife and my trusted counselor who, out of respect for the person, I will only identify as MAS. It was always a concern of mine that I would be falsely interpreted. So I have taken pains to keep my writings simple and short. This gives sometimes the appearance of incoherence. But short stories are easy for the one to write and for the other to digest. Sometimes I write of thoughts received during sleep and others come as thoughts of meditation. I offer ideas, dreams and occasionally a warning. The warning which comes most often to me and worries me most is that people become misdirected and waste their lives and energy on the search for the Holy Grail, or as I see it, they are misled by religion, pseudo-science, esoterical and other ideas which offer magical paths to heaven and enlightenment, conditionally, if only the follower obeys the rules and pays enough. All answers lie within each of us, we only have to open up to the inner spirit and remember. We don't have to wait for cosmic alignment and magnetic fields to charge us with energy and release us to a new higher level of development. All that you need, you have already within you. People have forever had a tendency to rely on entrepreneurs or middlemen. This is perhaps out of fear or lack of confidence in the powers of the self. Just look around, not only many of the traditional religions use middlemen figures to bring one to the desired goal, but also the new age beliefs rely heavily of cosmic travelers and channeling to bring messages to the audience. There is little or no incentive for the entrepreneur to sell you a product which you already possess for no cost/profit. Mankind has often been warned of false prophets, and with justice. I cannot say it enough; you originated from the source, collectively you are the source and you will return to the source. All that you need lies within you, if you will only remember.
