About the Author

Gary Jenkins is a self-employed, senior management consultant and a founder member of the Alliance of Independent Business Consultants. He has a board-level background in sales and order fulfilment operations - having managed and motivated teams of up to 4500 people - but is currently involved in a contract implementing integrated software systems and business process re-engineering methodologies for a blue chip manufacturer.

Customers and previous employers have described Gary as 'a conceptual thinker, capable of penetrating analysis and innovation'.

He also lectures at Liverpool University on Process Re-engineering linked to Customer Service Excellence.
