About the Author

Dr Prince Efere is the principal of the College of Venereal Disease Prevention, London and the author of several books; including those in the areas of HIV/AIDS Prevention, STD Prevention, Mental Health Management, Social Housing, Refugee Management, Social Care, Medical and Healthcare Law, Asylum and Refugee Law, Monetary and Social Economics and Homelessness.

He has many years of experience in teaching and consultancy, and is the author of some of the distance learning study texts at the College of Venereal Disease Prevention and Trans-Atlantic College, where he is also a senior consultant.

Dr Efere has vast knowledge and experience in public health education, social policy, management, strategic planning and law. He is well travelled, with extensive knowledge of Europe, North America, Africa and Asia.

He is a British citizen, who is married and lives in London.
