About the Book

What yeast is to bread or an anchor is to a ship, love is to life.

Right brain thinking, which we are all capable of assures us there is a substance to love.

"Sprituality" is the buzz word of today as we have just re-discovered who we really are with eternal dimensions!

Never equate sprituality with religion!

About the Author

The author, Tim O'Donoghue, is a native of Gortnacreha, Cullen, AMllow, CO. Cork. He has a farming background. He was a De La Salle Brother for thirty years and is now married to Celine and has two children, Brid and Kate. He has worked in a variety of educational positions and remains involved in school programmes today.

He has no recognised qualifications in either theology, spirituality or psychology but his dream of giving a more substantial vision of life to teenagers has led him to write this book.

He is an acute observer in life and is most positive about the openness to spirituality among young people today. This is a book for adults, parents, teachers and clergy.
