About the Book
This book is aimed at both professionals and students who want to learn how to model and render architectural structures in form Z RenderZone software from Auto des sys.
Its aim is to get new users confidently working with form Z by demystifying its interface and the techniques needed to use it.
The structure and contents of the book is based on the authors 10 experience of teaching new users on a one to one basis. This is also backed up by the numerous form Z Architectural visualization projects they have worked on with many of their internationally renowned clients.
The book operates both as a structured learning process that can be followed from start to finish and as a reference guide to help users when working on future projects.
The learning process has been broken down into 5 key stages:
-Understanding the General Tools
-Architectural 2D Modelling
-Architectural 3D Modelling
-Modelling a Case Study Building
-Rendering a Case Study Building
There is also a very useful 6th chapter that explains and provides solutions for form Z's warning messages that appear when a mistake has been made.
Each chapter has been carefully designed to present structured step-by-step exercises. These are supported by easy to follow diagrams a unique tool coding system and support files on the accompanying CD. Where possible the exercises have been based on 'real' buildings and architectural features adding both realism and relevance to the learning experience.
This is a unique easy to use guide and a must for anyone wanting to master architectural modelling and rendering in form Z. Its content and presentation underline the Authors knowledge and commitment to this subject and as they say:
"We hope you enjoy learning from our experience"
