What would prompt me to be "at truth" about myself. I could not live a lie any longer. The only person that needed to be told was my psychiatrist and my wife. Thinking the psychiatrist could cure me of my homosexuality was pure nonsense, and his recommendation was to live two lives. I could not. Luckily, I divorced my wife of seven years and only infected myself with the HIV virus. I survived and am referred to as Dr. Engelhard's "miracle patient." I've had four near death experiences, one where electric paddles were used to spare me the light of the tunnel. That was an accidental overdose of Vicodin.

"Rejoice, young man in your youth, and let your heart pleasure you in the Days of your manhood; and walk in the ways of your heart, and sight of your eyes; but know that for all these GOD will bring you into judgment. So remove trouble from you heart and put away wrong doing from your flesh, for boyhood and youth are a breath." - Ecclesiastes 11:9-10

All the controversy about gay, in my opinion, is GOD made us and it is indeed a special gene that a few of us share. No longer a psychological disorder of even a choice. Just love oneself and others will fall along side you.
