About the Author

I was born in Montreal and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick, then returned to my birthplace at age 34. I love the multicultural environment here in Montreal, different races and religions. A place where everyone is treated equally.

I've always had strong determination. I began to write as a hobby when I was 20 years old. I always strived to be the best, whether it was sports or work, which often lead me to success. I won most valuable player trophies in baseball which I excelled in and I climbed to a higher ground in the work force at my local newspaper company as a supervisor in charge of several at the Telegraph Journal - Evening Times Globe. My passion has been writing since my high school years.  I simply wouldn't be fulfilled in life without using my imagination for my novels.

Excerpts

Blood literally squirted from the naked lifeless female body, as he plunged the long sharp blade with all of his might one last time. He wiped the blood from the knife across his pant leg revealing the initials R.K. His old ragged sneakers were covered in the woman's blood. Before leaving the scene of this horrid night, a note was placed on his bludgeoned victim's body, which read,

"Cruizy Woozy...I'm too smart.
You ain't got a trace...not even a small start.
The next to meet the hot god under, will bake in the oven as they roarrrrrrr louder than thunder...
Do you know me now?"

A bright flash followed before the murderer left the scene.

...Tom could hear an echo from the opened telephone. His dominance quickly turned to fear. He immediately ran and hung it up.

She was gagged, as she laid on the floor. She could hear him walking around in the other room. Her feet and arms weren't tied. She slowly managed to get on her feet, one last try for survival. She ran toward the door, but before she got to open it, he grabbed her by the hair, and dragged her into the bedroom...

...he pierced the knife through her chest, ONCE.... TWICE.... THREE TIMES. THE BLOOD GUSHED OUT OF HER LIMP AND UNCONSCIOUS BODY....

Later, at the hospital Nicola's television was on channel 8, her news station appeared. Her eyes connected with the television, as she pushed her body upwards. Her dad stared through the glass window. He was ecstatic, that she was back in the real world. He ran inside the room.

"Honey...this is great!" He smiled.

She didn't even acknowledge he was in the room.

"Honey?" She glared only at the television. To her, there was nobody else in the room. Her dad looked at the TV, walked up to it, and then turned the channel to see her reaction.

A screeching cry of a baby appeared. "aaaaaaaaahhhhhhh," She cried, making eye contact with her dad for the first time. He wrapped his arms around his little girl to comfort her. "noooooooooooo!" The whole floor unit could hear her. A couple nurses quickly opened the door to inspect the disturbance.

Her dad continued to do the only thing he could, he held her tight. His heart continued to break. Releasing his arms, he looked directly into her eyes, "Are you with me hun?"

She stared back at him before she responded.

"Yes daddy, I'm here! I'm so sorry dad...I'm so sorry!" She cried.

He continued to hold her, saying these words over and over again," You did nothing wrong honey...nothing at all."

Cautiously, Detective Grant held his gun in the air, preparing to shoot. Two backup police officers stayed close behind him.

The detective tapped the front door with his foot a few times, but nobody answered. He tried it one last time, but no response was made. He forced his way through the door. One powerful kick was all it took.

The ten-year-old boy sat in the chair to eat his meal his mom had cooked. He was agitated. As he sunk his spoon into the bowl of Kraft dinner, his hand would tremble, as he looked at his mother's appearance. Her body was wasting away, due to an obvious prolonged drug addiction. The young boy terrified from the sight of his sick mother.

"Cruize,
I told you I'd bake her, not just shake her. She is dead, but I'm very much alive
I'm carrying on for my dad
And I think he'd be very glad
Do you know me now?"
