About the Author

Susan Leslie is an Aboriginal Educator who currently lives in the Comox Valley. This book, Spirit of the Forest , is the first book in a series of four, about the gifts of the earth we all walk on.

In times of turmoil, I walk. I walk into the forest to reconnect myself to spirit. I wrote this series as a means to express my gratitude to the creator for the healing medicine of nature.
