He has written several outdoor articles for local newspapers and enjoys informing the public of the natural wonders of North Missouri. He enjoys mountain biking and hiking, as well as, building legal trails and using his GPS system for the growing sport of geocaching. He and his wife, Tami, reside in Chillicothe, MO with their three children, Kayla, John, and Daniel.
