About the Book
Toofindamore is an island of long ago when wizards and magic ruled the eartth. It's a small island with no more than 120 people living there at any given time. The people are a quiet, peaceful people who have no contact with the outside world - that is until the pirates arrive. But before the pirate's ship is even seen on the horizon the peace is interrupted by Bibblyabba and his unicorn, Longidioso. The two are on a quest to find Bibblyabba's father, Mondog, the village fisherman, who is lost at sea. Everyone, including Bibblyabba's mother, Illeana, thinks Mondog is dead - everyone except his son.
Realizing he can't find his father without help he seeks the advice of the village elders who refer him to the wizard Pildafud. To test his courage the old wizard sends him on a mission to find a gaudaful. Bibblyabba didn't know what a Gaudaful was, but he went in search anyway and came back with a unicorn. Thus the story begins.
