About the Book

I Am A Miracle! Scout's Story is a true story about a quadruplet lamb born in 2001 on the Short's farm near Franklin, WV. Scout was tiny and lifeless when he was born, but with tender loving care grew into a fine, strong lamb.

This is an uplifting book depicting one of the exciting events on a farm - lambing season. Each reader is encouraged to think of himself as one of God's miracles.

The author has also published a book called Welcomed! Scruffy's Story about a buzzard who arrived on the same farm.


About the Author

Robin Propst Kile lives on her family's farm near Franklin, WV with her husband, Elwood, and their border collie, Mollie. Her mom and dad, Doris and Jesse Short, along with the Kile's enjoy taking care of the animals on their farm. Robin teaches at North Fork Elementary School in Pendleton County where she enjoys sharing her love of reading and writing with her students.
