About the Author

Jorge F. Garibaldi was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. He now lives in Denmark with his wife and three daughters. He first started in martial arts in 1982 with goju ryu and boxing. In 1986 he began the study of the wado ryu style of karate and has stayed on that path ever since.

Now a 3rd. Dan blackbelt, he is the chief instructor of Ten Chi Jin Martial Arts Academy in Aarhus, Denmark.
