The author, James R. Franks, nicknamed 'McGiver' by some of his friends lives with his wife, AnJeanette, in Durham NC. Somewhat a Jack-of-all trades he most of all enjoys learning new things. But when it comes time to relax there's nothing more enjoyable then becoming a boy again and going to visit Teddy in his world.

Joshua Hendry is an illustrator living in Greensboro, NC. He graduated from North Carolina State University's prestigious Design School in 1999. Since that time, his work has been displayed in galleries, festivals, art shows, print ads, brochures, promotional material and retail stores across the southeastern United States.
