About the Book
This book, "Smoke Free", is a crude attempt to encourage an honest debate on the alleged health perils of tobacco smoke. It is also about the remarkable global blitz to de-socialize the 500,000-year habit of inhaling smoke.
And what is more remarkable is that they will never succeed.
Briefly, the book traces back to the North American aboriginals crop production of smoking tobacco and the Europeans adopting the smoking and exportation of the plant, to England and Spain.
The author also addresses the doubts, felt by millions of tobacco users; that tobacco smoke is a health hazard, and is being blamed for most of our diseases; the list growing daily.
Finally a summary of opinions and facts clearly indicates the misgivings of the author and many smokers.
The author fully realizes that this small, futile effort will not slow down or even deflect this global media tobacco ban avalanche.

SMOKE FREE? Helpful Addendums:
The information that I have entered in this layman*s book, has been gathered, over a 25 year period. As far as I know, the theory of the peroxidation of the cell membranes, (Tappel, 1967) is still the theory that researchers are using today. (2004). If my assumption is incorrect, and in fact if they have discarded this above theory, then what new cell biology theory has surfaced recently?
It is very apparent that the North American powerful have ruled that tobacco and its smoke, is a vile, evil, and useless misadventure. They have successfully demonized this legal 500,000 year social habit. When one considers that man has been ingesting wood and plant smoke (H ions), since the first maintenance of fire, and in this time, has evolved to our present complex being, one must recognize that smoke H ions, have done us more good than harm. It is only in the last 300-400 years, that man has disrupted the normal production on free radicals (H ions), leading to abnormal cell alterations.
SMOKE-FREE? Promo Thoughts:
It does not amaze me that the global media message, "TOBACCO SMOKE IS THE MAJOR CONTRIBUTORY CAUSE OF ORGAN DISEASES", has been accepted by the public, the professions, all levels of governments, and most of the free thinkers.
The larger the momentum swing, in favor of a ban of the stinky weed, the easier it becomes to completely disregard a rational observation of the degree of health perils, of tobacco.
This type of global thought control has occurred many times in the past, but in this present era, multiple thought control is rapidly forcing us into a culture of truth tampering and acceptable fraud.
Our global society, realizing it has fouled its own nest, and like an agitated lynch mob, is now grasping for a rope, to hang a filthy tobacco user, in a childish, moronic attempt at cleansing the global village.
SMOKE-FREE? Additions:
WHAT CAME FIRST; THE CHICKEN OR THE EGG??
The global anti-tobacco smoke groups have convinced most of us that the use of the tobacco relaxant causes the excessive production of adrenaline, and other body malfunctions. Or, was it the opposite? Was the person suffering from stress, due to their lack of normal adrenaline production, before using the tobacco relaxant? What do you think? When we feel pain or stress, we search out a relaxant. Was there ever a better relaxant than tobacco? No. Throughout many thousands of years, tobacco use has calmed more people, with less side affects, than any other substance. Our ancestral and our modern peoples, who have used tobacco moderately, as a relaxant, have had very few health problems from tobacco smoke. It has been obvious to historians, that tobacco and other plants have been smoked for relaxation, for thousands of years. It is only in the last 30 years, that we are being told that tobacco smoke is not a relaxant; is addictive; and is mainly responsible for most organ diseases. Do we think that the human cell, that required billions of years to develop, that have warded off all perils for billions of years, can possibly be damaged by tobacco plant smoke? NOT VERY LIKELY!!
SMOKE-FREE? Answers:
Is tobacco smoke the major contributing cause of cancer, hear and lung cell diseases?
We might ask, what is it that damages the human cell membranes?
The human cell is protected from toxins by an outer and an inner membrane. (the inner wall stronger than the outer cell wall).
If the cell walls are damaged by free radical peroxys, then ever present toxins must find their way through a maze fortress, before they reach the cell nucleus and possible alter the DNA abnormally.
Hydrogen and H ions, and the resultant free radical peroxys in all smoke, are the building blocks of the universe. In balance and in harmony, with all life, they are probably the major cause of the orderly progression of the process of evolution.
Smoke, then is a bit of a paradox. Too little, no peroxidation of the cells. Too much smoke (peroxys), excessive peroxidation occurs. Is this excess keeping dying cells alive, leading to pigmentation and tumors?
All light are pieces of energy heated to incandescence, and so all light emits hydrogen ions (free radicals).
The global village has now completely unbalanced the pH chemistry natural order of life on this terra-formed planet.
We all realize that the few hundred persons that control this New World Order, now know that a massive social change must occur. Combustion must be lowered.
