About the Book

All to Your Glory: Intimacy With God" is a book of poetry for God-Lovers. The verses within this book are all written through the eyes of a child of God who wants to draw ever closer to their Maker. The poems show a desire to enter into the presence of God, ‘behind the veil’ into the inner sanctuary, where the cares of earthly life can be lifted up into heaven and given to The Father. An atmosphere for peace and calmness, inner joy and total faith in God, can be created when reading these poems. Opposite each poem is a picture, with scripture and Bible reference to help the reader consider and perhaps meditate on the theme of the verses. The author has poems used all around the world in schools, churches, and magazines. They have been used as an aid to prayer, in quiet contemplative times and as a part of praise and worship. To have the verses in book form now answers a request from many people and a desire of the author to put her poetry into ‘themes’, this one being ‘Intimacy With God’. Among future book themes will be ‘Healing’ and a special Book of verses for, about, or from the perspective of children. All proceeds from this first book will be donated to Viva-Network, a unique charity which creates and sustains networks amongst people helping ‘children at risk’ all over the world. The author is using their contacts to direct the donations to street children, particularly in South Asia.
