Johnny Gets Sick is about a little boy who gets sick and has to stay home from school. His mother takes care of him and encourages him to rest so he can get better. Johnny soon feels much better and learns that rest is the best medicine.

About the Author

Lacey Hunter lives in a small town in Eastern Montana with her two children. She has loved writing since she was a child and enjoys reading to her children. Her character Johnny is a red head like her own son.

This is Lacey's first children's book and she hopes to have a good response from readers so she can publish another "Johnny Book".
