About the Author

I was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and after returning from serving my country during the Second World War, I moved to California, where I met my wife of 56 years. She has been my critic, and has encouraged me throughout my efforts in poetry. Poetry is just one of my hobbies. A second children's book of poetry is in the making.
