No one has ever seen a serial killer like this, especially during such a fun time as Mardi Gras in New Orleans, LA. When a man is framed for a murder he did not commit, an only sister tries to investigate and finds more trouble than she bargains for. To make matters worse, he is sent to prison for life.

Now it's up to the sister, who is very close to her brother, to take matters into her own hands and try to find the true killer, or killers. In doing so, she has to stoop to different levels to accomplish her goal.

With the D.A., Police Dept. and later, a Serial Killer Task Force on her trail, can she see justice done? And, how does this woman find justice in the end? Does she take the law into her own hands? You bet she does. Does she get caught in the end? Only time will tell.

About the Author

Born in 1941 in Charleston, S.C. and re-located to Louisiana in 1947, Mr. Stillwell joined the United States Navy in August 1959. He served two years on the attack carrier U.S.S. Lexington (CVA-16), followed by two years on the U.S.S. Algol (AKA-54) attack cargo ship during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Before being discharged from the Navy, he met his wife of 43 years, Sandra.

Mr. Stillwell is retired from a major chemical plant near his hometown of Baton Rouge.

He enjoys hiking, fishing, and making wood crafts. He and Sandra have one son, who has retired from the U.S.M.C. after 21 years of service.
