About the Book

Kenya, a cheetah cub becomes separated from her family during a poacher attack and will do anything to get them back. She is adopted by a compassionate human named Becky who found her lonely and depressed near the outskirts of Nairobi. Just as a new friendship is forming, once again, tragedy strikes and Kenya is left alone and without guidance.

She meets up with an old friend and together decides to take their lives into their own "paws". She will find true love but will she find her family?



About the Author

Mandie West, currently 12 years old, lives with her parents and brother in New Jersey. She has had a passion for cheetahs for as long as she can remember. At 10 she wrote "A Cheetah's Tale" and continues with her cheetah series.

In addition to writing, Mandie enjoys drawing, gymnastics, playing the piano and spending time with her family and friends.
