About the Author
![]()
Terry Malanchuk in an amateur historian, who has studied writing and history at the University of Victoria. He has traveled widely throughout the province studying historical sites for 30 years. Though a produce assistant manager of limited means, he has found Blakeburn to be such an incredible historical site, that he just had to share his find with all British Columbians. Though this has been accomplished with no financial support, the overwhelming moral and technical support encountered throughout the making of this book is what made this possible. Not for profit, but for the love of history.
