About the Book About the Author Excerpts Catalogue Information About the Book
This book is a collection of "Short story poetry" from author Jon Thompson. Seventeen tales about some of the most fantastic animals, people and ex-people, including Jerry the Dead (a recently undead zombie who is happy with his life for the first time), a power hungry alien named Corparlicus, Mohair Paul, an unlucky young man born with the obvious drawback of having skin made of itchy wool, and many more equally interesting and strange characters.
Not only poems and not only tales of woe. These stories range from the humorous to the sad, from the outrageous to the realistic. All lovingly illustrated from cover to cover. A book that you come back to time and time again.
So if you like your books slightly out of the ordinary, if you don't want another same old, same old, try Woems. It will always make you feel better.
