About the Author

Recently I was selected and included in the International Who's Who In Poetry! I have been writing poetry since the mid 80's getting my first piece published in 1991. My writing is enlightening and often centered on "life lessons." I am a retired social worker. My background is in social science and public administration.

I was born in San Francisco, Ca starting school there. My family relocated to the Central Valley. During my high school years we returned to San Francisco and I attended George Washington High. Afterwards I received a scholarship to attend The University of the Pacific. I have lived in the central valley for a number of years. Recently, my mom, my biggest supporter, passed away. Many of the things she taught and encouraged me to do live on in my work.
