About the Author

James F. Roth is one of America's top executive recruiters, as well as a dynamic speaker and writer. For nearly 30 years, Jim has been a top producer in the Insurance and Recruiting Industry. Starting as an agent in 1974, he worked his way up to Agency Manager, Regional Vice President, National Marketing Director and today, Senior Vice President. Jim currently heads up the Insurance and Financial Service Division for the Vermillion Group, (www.vermilliongroup.com) a franchise office of the world's largest executive recruiting company, Management Recruiters International.
