This book attempts to convey the emotional impact of war from the perspective of a reservist who served in the Gulf War. The book covers one day of a deer hunt in Eastern Montana and uses the hunt, along with flashbacks, to show how this individual was emotionally changed by and reacted to the experience of war. The book is a novella and is written in a simple, straightforward style.



About the Author

The author grew up in Eastern Montana and currently resides in Billings, Montana. The author is a veteran of the Gulf War.
