Jennifer Taylor has been using music and art to interpret the world around her since she was knee-high to a grasshopper. She was raised in Canada, Kenya, Iran and Malaysia; all experiences which led to feeling very much a citizen of the world. Jennifer currently resides in the Pacific Northwest in a converted chicken coop that once housed the hens she fed and drew as a child.
Jennifer is a full-time children's book illustrator. She has created illustrations for more than fifteen children's books. Her focus is on bringing an author's work to life with colorful images that draw the reader in. She works primarily in watercolor, gouache and ink.
