About the Book

As Lively Stones is the first of a twelve volume of studies on "The Wonders of Practical Christianity". Unless ours is a faith that is practical and as real as every circumstance in life it will avail us nothing. It serves no heavenly purpose and accomplishes no earthly good. We are called to do 'greater things' in the name of Christ than He Himself did. Minimal Christianity was not a driving force for which He left heaven nor the drawing force that nailed Him to the cross.

This book, and the others that follow, are not meant to be devoured in one sitting, but rather to be ingested in little bites that God's purpose might be realized through their teachings, careful, as always,to see that they align with God's Holy Word, that a Holy hunger might be awakened in the reader.

About the Author

Dr. Valerie Beauchene and her husband Rene pastor a Praise Chapel Church in Connecticut,The Upper Room. She teaches and preaches throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Cuba, in conferences, seminars, revivals, and crusades. She has taught many Bible studies, and written college curriculum. Privileged to see many come to the Lord and many healed of divers sicknesses as the Spirit of God moves, she is also blessed to work much with the 'wounded saints' in the Body of Christ.
