About the Author

Raymond Meyer is an 87-year-old senior citizen, who is deeply concerned about the direction America is headed these days. He is a graduate Electrical Engineer having earned his BSEE degree from the University of Denver in 1939. Raymond served nearly five years on active duty in the Air Force during World War II as a radar officer. His professional career has been primarily in various levels of management for several electronics companies for 35 years prior to his retirement in 1981. Although in rather poor health for the past five years, Raymond was determined to do something special in memory of his dear wife, Lois,who passed away in 2004 after nearly 62 years of marriage. Raymond fervently hopes Isn't it Time will succeed well in her memory!
