About the Book

A Boy & His Friend is a refreshingly creative book. The author's ability to capture the imagination of children is exceptional. The story is heartfelt and uplifting with a pleasantly happy ending. The illustrations in this book are amazing. It allows the story to come to life with each page. This is one book that should be in every child's library.



About the Author

The author's name is Louise Brown, known to all her family and friends as Weezie. She was born and raised in Brooklyn and moved to Queens as a teenager. She married her childhood sweetheart and they are married for 45 years, have three sons and six grandchildren. These stories originated whenever her grandchildren asked, "Grandma tell us a story". She reads to grammer schools and enjoyes telling stories to her young audience. She is also the author of Sparkling Eyes.

The illustrator's name is Thomas Graf. He lives in Little Falls, NJ, married to his "Little Italian Girl" Joann (Pierro). Together they have two children. Brian Anthony (Bear Cub) and Hilary Charlotte. Works in Manhattan as a commercial retouch artist and draws every chance he gets. A Boy & His Friend is the first book that he has ever illustrated but is hoping to illustrate more books in the future. Thanks P.J
