About the Book

This is a personal account of my family's life in Ireland, how they decided to emigrate to America and how that dream unfolded over the course of the next twenty five years. It narrates the story of John, the seventh child, and how these memorable years influenced his young life and molded the path his dreams would take.

Underlining this story is Ireland and the unselfish love of two people who gave their life for their children on both sides of the cool Atlantic. Read and experience that love as our story travels through its cast of characters from the country lanes of Ballybay to the super highways of New Jersey.
