About the Author


The author possesses a background rich in diversity and distinction. Vocationally, during some 25 years of his career, he has been involved briefly with high school teaching, then with residential contracting as a manager, and college teaching as a professor in business curriculums. For approaching 15 years now Charles has been an independent business executive/administrator. This includes international activities and a proprietary holding company embracing diverse interests. Also, he is extremely seasoned as a consultant in organizational culture. And he holds three university business and related degrees, to include two Master's, a Bachelor's and some post graduate work. Moreover, avocationally, and on a personal level, he is an exceedingly religious man possessing a deep Christian faith, having developed empirical insights and unique inspirations fundamental to Christianity. Charles is married, has three children, a son and two daughters, and a granddaughter.
