The Big Ugly Wolf is the villain animal in this story that is a favority with young children. With the use of repetition of rhyming words we are building a quick dramatic climax. The story is great for storytelling and will grab the attention of any age group of listeners and keep them on the edge of their seats for the entire story.

About the Author

Dora Bach Johnson was born and reared in West Liberty, Kentucky. She attended Morehead State University where she received her teaching degree. She taught at Woolard Elementary in Manchester, Ohio, for 36 years. She is now retired. She has two children: daughter, Charlotte Dixon, and husband, Dean, and son, Ed Applegate, and wife Nancy. She has three wonderful grandsons: Cy Dixon, Max Dixon, his wife, Melissa, and Clay Applegate. Dora enjoys reading, quilting, and watching TV. She wants to donate a book to each school she has taught in, as a full-time teacher and as a substitute.
