About the Author

Robert J. Williams, Jr. is the author of The Complete Buying Process - For Agents and the Preferred Buyers Handbook. He has a third book due to be released in the Fall of 2005 and is currently working on his fourth publication. His books capture the essence of "Robert" at his best. His humor, wit and knowledge make the books enjoyable and informative.

Robert is a licensed real estate consultant in the state of New Jersey. He has earned the designation of A.B.R. (Accredited Buyer's Representative), S.R.E.S. (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), C.R.S. (Certified Residential Specialist), C.B.R. (Certified Buyer Representative), R.F.S./C.F.S. (Residential/Certified Finance Specialist), R.E.C.S. (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist), Q.S.C. (Quality Service Certified) and has his E-PRO Internet certification. Robert holds training seminars on buyer representation, agency relationship, fiduciary responsibility, and of course, the complete buying process. He has served as a guest speaker at numerous sales meetings and regional "round table" sessions. While Robert's passion is representing buyers, he is well versed in all facets of "agency relationships." Robert's philosophy is "represent or resign" and he lives and breathes it.
